From the first day she began her practice, Jessica has dedicated her time and energy to passionately advocate for those who would otherwise not have a voice.  She spent time as a Public Defender in the Buffalo City Courts learning the in and outs of the City’s judiciary system.  Jessica continued her career representing those accused with crimes, working for Thomas J. Eoannou, Esq. and Thomas Burton, Esq. At the Law Office of Thomas Burton, Jessica maintained her criminal defense practice, but also assisted Mr. Burton in the representation of City of Buffalo Police Union.  

She has worked on thousands of criminal cases, trying well over a hundred to verdict.  Many of her cases have been high profile, collaborating with the area’s best local attorneys.

In 2013 she opened her own practice representing hundreds of people throughout Erie County in multiple matters from infractions to homicide  Jessica has zealously defended all those charged with crimes, including the indigent.

In addition to her busy practice, Jessica is an adjunct instructor at Daemen College.  She also volunteers at the University at Buffalo Law School, assisting with the Trial Teams who compete nationally.  Jessica has guest lectured at University at Buffalo, University at Buffalo Law School, and Daemen College.  Many semesters she mentors young persons interested in a career in criminal justice.

Jessica has been apart of the Assigned Counsel's training program, helping new lawyers start their advocacy in local court rooms across Erie County.  She has assisted in the teaching of Continuing Legal Education as part of this role.   

She has been recognized locally and nationally for her accomplishments.  

Jessica resides in Lancaster, NY with her husband Christopher, their two children Cole and Quinn, and their beloved dog, Fenway.  She is parishioner at St. Mary's of the Assumption.  Jessica and Christopher are active in the community having previously sat on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club and the ProZoo Board at the Buffalo Zoo.
